Leila Tong and Desmond Tang are divorced
14 Jun - Many are shocked to hear that celebrity couple Leila Tong and Desmond Tang are now divorced.
As reported on China Press, the news was announced by Leila's manager, Ms. Wu, who shared that the couple lived separately since last year and finally decided to divorce this year.
"It's a pity, but life goes on and we must face it bravely. Although their children will live with the mother, both parties have promised to support them together," said Ms. Wu.
She added, "I hope everybody will give them the support they need and give them some space to handle their matter."
On the other hand, sources claimed that the couple's relationship went sour in the last couple of years, and that while Desmond tried to save the marriage, it was Leila who suggested that they file for divorce.
The couple have two children together, six year-old son Chun Chun, and another daughter born in January 2015.
