Leah Remini is looking to say goodbye to her longtime L.A. home for the third time this year.

Located in the Studio City neighborhood, the home was first purchased by the King of Queens star in 2003 for $3.75 million. Nearly 20 years later, Remini listed the property for almost $12.995 million in September 2022 but later removed it, and then relisted it again in January and February of 2023. As of October, it is now back on the market for $12.499 million.

The 10,100-square-foot pad features six bedrooms, nine bathrooms and is spread out across 1.5 acres of land. It also boasts a four-car garage, a spa-like pool and a layer of lush greenery that surrounds the home.

Tomer Fridman and Antonio Bruno of The Fridman Group International currently hold the listing.
