Larry Grimaldi Appointed Vice President of Development and Production for MarVista Entertainment
“Real Housewives” producer and Hearst Entertainment executive Larry Grimaldi has been named vice president of development and production for MarVista Entertainment.
“As MarVista’s development and production slate has grown significantly in the last few years across all genres of programming, so has our need for a seasoned production executive,” said Robyn Snyder, executive vice president, development and production. “Larry’s expertise is ideal for this role, and we are delighted to have him on board as part of our growing team.”
Grimaldi’s new role will be to help create and produce programming in the television movies, scripted series and digital spaces for all audiences, kids to adults.
“Over the past 10 years, MarVista has become firmly established as a prominent and well-respected producer and distributor of television programming,” said Grimaldi. “As they are furthering expansion on development and production of theatrical programming and content for the new digital platforms, this is an incredibly exciting time to join the company, and I’m thrilled to be a part of the team.”
Most recently, Grimaldi served as a supervising producer on “Rich Kids of Beverly Hills” for E!, and as a senior producer on Bravo’s “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” and “Real Housewives of Orange County.” A longtime independent producer, he’s created content for CBS, Lifetime, Bravo, MTV, WE, TLC, ABC Family, Style Network, Animal Planet, Oprah and E! Entertainment.
