Prior to joining LaPointe, Pozgay was most recently vice president, marketing and owned channels of Revlon, where he led the brand’s digital transformation.

“Reese, with his vast experience and acumen, will be a key partner for us as we continue to build on the brand’s recent trajectory of success and focus on our next phase of growth,” added Sarah Adelson, LaPointe chief executive officer.

Pozgay said, “Having watched the brand’s explosive trajectory over the past few years, it’s an honor to be entrusted in fostering such a clear brand DNA and driving additional community engagement as we look to write the next chapter in the LaPointe brand story.”
