Kitty Zhang is married!
28 Oct - Chinese actress Kitty Zhang surprised many recently when she announced that she has tied the knot for the second time.
As reported on Now News, the "CJ7" actress, who was previously married to director Wang Quan'an before his solicitation of prostitutes scandal made headlines, announced the news online, and said that she has married a man by the name of Mr. Yuan.
"I didn't intend to announce my marriage to the public at first. But since my husband and I were photographed earlier, let this be in the headlines. I, Kitty Zhang, have found her prince charming," she said.
Kitty shared that they fell in love after ten days of meeting each other and decided to tie the knot only after 70 days of dating.
"Thank you for your wishes. I only hope to have a quiet life from now on," she added.
In another post shared on her personal Weibo account, which was written following several criticisms from netizens, Kitty stressed that she wasn't looking for publicity when she decided to announce their marriage.
She also stated that her husband has always been committed to medical charities and that she will help him with his work now that they are married.
