King Kong Lee and Nana Liang announce breakup

22 Apr – A year after announcing their romance, TV personality King Kong Lee and girlfriend, Taiwanese rapper Nana Liang revealed that they have ended their relationship.

As reported on Mingpao, the ViuTV host posted a black and white photo of him diving in the ocean and captioning it, "R.I.P".

It would not have sparked speculation of a breakup if not for Nana sharing similar photo of herself, writing, "Being alone is freedom, it will make people fly freely. But before flying, you have to let go of gravity, which you are already familiar with. The one that firmly holds you in your palm, protects your strength."

Soon after, King Kong posted another photo of his tattooed arm to confirm the breakup, saying that the reason is no longer important.

"Although it is very painful and surprising, it was still a blessing. I hope you can fly towards your dream," he added.

In her latest post, Nana thanked everybody for showing their concern, adding that she hopes that the pandemic will end soon.
