KidSuper Mimics Pharrell’s Viral Louis Vuitton Sneaker Teaser in Bold Footwear Preview of His Own
It was only Friday that Louis Vuitton men’s creative director Pharrell Williams previewed the fashion house’s new ButterSoft sneaker in a cluster of 47 different colorways and now, designer Colm Dillane — best known for his Brooklyn-based fashion label KidSuper Studios — is playing off of Williams’ viral teaser with a similar spread of his own footwear.
Taking to the official KidSuper Instagram account Monday night, Dillane did his best Pharrell impression while sharing a look at upcoming KidSuper fall 2025 footwear. While not quite as bountiful as Williams’ Louis Vuitton bunch, the KidSuper range is nonetheless impressive with roughly 27 different pairs of shoes on display.

A variety of pairs are featured including collaborations with Brazilian streetwear brand Piet, Brazilian shoemaker Viga and longtime partner Puma. Options include Vibram-soled, shearling and leather-lined boots in more than a dozen colors, soccer boot-inspired shoes with Piet and low-top suede sneakers created with Puma.
Leaning fully into the Pharrell-inspired photo, Dillane captioned the post “SuperSoft,” a riff on Williams’ Louis Vuitton ButterSoft sneakers. According to the KidSuper post, the lineup is only some of the footwear that the brand has planned for fall ’25.
“There is more coming,” Dillane wrote.
Of course, the playful Instagram post isn’t the only connection between Dillane and the French fashion house. In January 2023, Dillane served as a guest designer for Louis Vuitton’s fall ’23 men’s collection. “I was there to add story, add a little bit of spice and fantasy,” Dillane told FN sister publication WWD prior to the show.
KidSuper Studios will present its fall ’25 collection at Paris Fashion Week on Saturday. Readers can expect to see all of the footwear pictured here — and possibly more.
