Khalil Fong returns with an upcoming album
16 Jul - After two years of hiatus, Khalil Fong recently announced that he will be releasing a new album soon.
On 14 July, the singer announced his comeback with a list of new song titles that are still incomplete, which is his way to get fans guessing.
He posted, "Hello everyone, it's been a while! Thank you all for the birthday blessings. I'm happy to share that I have been recovering from health issues."
"Throughout this long, winding and often challenging journey, I have found numerous moments of inspiration that have resulted in a new album titled "The Dreamer" which I will be releasing in October. This year, let's first begin by reconnecting through music," he added.
Many took to the comments to wish Khalil a happy birthday and to congratulate him for the upcoming album as well, including Louis Cheung, Wang Leehom and Fiona Sit, with the latter writing, "Welcome back. A lot has changed, for the better."
However, Khalil has made no mention as to what illness it was.
The singer last promoted his song "Be Clear" in April 2022. He had shared no updates ever since until now.
