Kenneth Ma says "Big White Duel" is not a typical medical drama

13 Jun – TVB actor Kenneth Ma recently assured that his new series, "Big White Duel" will not be your average medical drama.

As reported on Mingpao, the actor, who appeared at the promotional event of the said drama recently, shared that the series will discuss various topics related to the industry, not just "doctors saving people".

"It will talk about the medical infrastructure, and discuss a bit about politics. It's not your average medical drama," he said.

When asked if he has any expectation with the viewership ratings, Kenneth said that he wouldn't dare put up high hopes.

"This is not your typical housewife series. They may not be interested in political subjects. TVB films different kinds of shows and does not target only a certain audience. I am just happy to be able to offer viewers an unconventional show to watch," he said.

"Big White Duel" is set to premiere next week.
