Keita Machida marries "Cinema Fighters" co-star Hyunri

27 Dec – Keita Machida recently revealed that he is now married to Korean actress Hyunri.

The actor relayed the good news via Instagram Story on Christmas Day with a letter that read, "Once again, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has always supported me warmly. It may be sudden, but we would like to announce that Keita Machida and Hyunri have gotten married.

"After co-starring in a movie, we started to spend our days as reassuring partners who support each other, and we have been dating on the premise of marriage. From now on, we will work together to build a better future, and to become better people and actors."

The actor also apologised for announcing the news only in writing, but hopes that the fans will continue to support them in the future.

Keita and Hyunri met in 2017 when they worked together in "Cinema Fighters". They were reunited again in NHK's 2018 drama "Joshiteki Seikatsu".

It was back in September that it was revealed that the two were seriously dating.
