Keisuke Koide announces marriage
10 Feb - Keisuke Koide recently surprised many by announcing that he has tied the knot.
On 8 February, the Japanese actor posted a photo of him jumping for joy in a groom suit and a bouquet of white flowers in one hand, saying that he has wedded his non-showbiz partner in the US back in January.
"We met in the United States and built trust while supporting each other through the global crisis of the pandemic," he said. "Once again, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone who has supported and supported me every day. From now on, I hope to face the responsibility of having a family, and devote myself more directly to this actor than ever."
It is noted that Keisuke went on a three-year hiatus back in 2017 after he was revealed to have had an inappropriate relationship with a 17-year-old girl.
In 2020, he announced his return by signing with a new agency, Rhythmedia, where he apologised for his past transgression.
