Kathryn Bernardo remains loyal to ABS-CBN
16 Oct – Just like her real-life and onscreen partner Daniel Padilla, Kathryn Bernardo has no interest to move to another network despite the unclear situation surrounding ABS-CBN's future.
As reported on Push, the actress, who spoke about her decision to remain a Kapamilya during the virtual press conference of her new digital project, "The House Arrest of Us", shared that loyalty is an important thing for her.
"Here is my way to thank the network for what I have now, all the blessings that DJ and I have received because of the company. So this is the time we need most, so long as we stay and fight until ABS-CBN rises," she said.
Bernardo also added that it is important for them to make people happy again and to create jobs for the crew.
"So we are here, we continue to believe that ABS-CBN will rise and we are praying for that," she added.
On the other hand, the actress also addressed Padilla's previous statement about them tying the knot in three to four years, saying that they still have some time before turning 30.
"Actually that is really the plan. And we are at the right age to prepare ourselves when we get to that point. And now that is the reason why we work. As in everything needs to be ready, because that is a big step," she said.
