The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge kick-started their second day in Ireland with a charity visit in Dublin.

The royal couple stopped by Jigsaw, the national centre for youth mental health in Ireland, which provides vital support across a range of one-to-one, community, school and online services.

Kate and William met young people supported by the charity and joined a conversation with community campaigners, teachers, parents and coaches about the impact of Jigsaw's work within their respective communities.

However, outside the centre, all eyes were on the 38-year-old duchess who gave us a style lesson in repurposing high street wear.

The duchess donned a double-breasted Reiss coat that she’s owned since before her marriage to Prince William back in April 2011.

The duchess first debuted the item of outerwear when she joined then-boyfriend William for cousin Peter Phillips' 30th birthday party in November 2007.

She then wore the same garment to visit the Central Flying School at RAF Cranwell where Prince William received his RAF wings in a graduation ceremony back in April 2008.

She also wore the coat for her 26th birthday at Kitts nightclub in London, over 12 years ago.

And clearly the pretty cream coat is made to withstand everyday wear and tear as it looked immaculate, paired with black jeans, a black polka dot top and a pair of black ankle boots. Either that or Kate knows a really, really good dry cleaner.

Sadly, the coat itself is no longer in stock, but we have found five alternative cream coats that will last you for years to come.

Be quick though, such is the Duchess’ fashion influence that there’s unlikely to be a cream coat left in the country by noon.
