Kate Middleton has officially met her newest little niece! Kate's sister Pippa Middleton recently gave birth to a baby girl named Rose, and Kate has "already met the baby” and thinks she is “just gorgeous,” according an Us Weekly insider. Plus, Kate is absolutely “overjoyed for her sister.”

Kate meeting Rose early on is nothing out of the ordinary since she and Pippa are extremely close. Not only have they been in each other's weddings, but they also have been go-to sources of support for one another during their individual pregnancies.

And get this: Kate and Pippa even named their oldest daughters after one another! Pippa's middle name is Charlotte, which is the name of Kate's oldest daughter; and Kate's middle name is Elizabeth, which is also the middle name of Pippa's oldest daughter. Adorable!

Just a few weeks ago, Pippa made headlines after giving birth to Rose, who is the third child Pippa shares with her husband James Matthews. “Pippa is doing well since giving birth to Rose,” said the Us source. “She and James are absolutely infatuated with their bundle of joy and are adapting well to being parents of three." Pippa and James got married in 2017 and also share their 3-year-old son Arthur and another daughter, 16-month-old Grace.

Pippa officially announced her pregnancy not long before Rose was born. Back in early June at the Platinum Jubilee, she showed off her baby bump for the first time during the Platinum Party at the Palace. Shortly after, multiple outlets confirmed she was expecting.
