Katarina Rodriguez joins LizQuen in "Make It With You"
14 Jan – Katarina Rodriguez is making her 2020 television debut with the new LizQuen series, "Make It With You".
As reported on Rappler, the Miss World-PH 2018, who appeared alongside Liza Soberano and Enrique Gil at the press conference of the new Kapamilya series, said that she really had fun playing the role of Rio Isla - the good friend of Gil's character Gabo.
"Of course, I needed to memorise the script and deliver it in different emotions. But it was really fun and I am honoured to work with everybody here. I'm super excited," she enthused.
Rodriguez also admitted that she initially didn't think she would get the role in the drama when she auditioned for it, especially since she had just ended her reign as Miss World-Philippines at the time.
And just like in her previous interview, the beauty queen expressed hope to one day work with Daniel Padilla, as well as the actor's onscreen and off-screen partner Kathryn Bernardo and actress Bea Alonzo.
"I want to work with everyone and learn from everybody, but I am a big fan of Daniel and Kathryn. I watched all their movies. It would be an honour to not just work with them but also see their work ethics and learn from them," she said.
