Karlina Zhang denies pregnant with first baby
6 Sep – Chinese actress Karlina Zhang (Zhang Jianing) has dismissed rumours that she is currently pregnant with her first baby.
As reported on Tencent, the actress, known for her roles in period dramas like "The Story of Minglan" and "Ruyi's Royal Love in the Palace", sparked pregnancy rumours recently, after the paparazzi leaked photos of her visiting a hospital with actor boyfriend Ye Zuxin.
In one of the photos, Zhang could be seen looking worried as she spoke to a doctor after receiving her test result. She was also spotted walking out of the hospital with a friend with one hand holding a test result while the other stroking her lower abdomen.
Ye arrived soon after, further fuelling rumours that she was at the hospital to undergo pregnancy test.
Speaking about the rumours, Zhang denied that there is a bun in the oven.
"There's too much [talk about this]. We just went as a group. I am still filming and have work today," she said.
