Karla Estrada becomes an actress because of Janice de Belen

18 Jun – Karla Estrada says that Janice de Belen was the reason why she became an actress.

As reported on ABS-CBN, the actress who appeared on the latest episode of "Magandang Buhay" recently, shared that she was inspired to become an actress after watching a lot of de Belen's performances.

"Janice is one of the reasons why I'm an actress. I watched "Flor de Luna" while I was in Tacloban. We haven't had TV yet," she said.

Estrada also admitted that she never thought that the woman who inspired her to become an actress would also end up becoming one of her close pals until today.

"Janice and I became friends 15 years or 20 years ago because we were together and she already knew my personality. I really like her and we have a lot in common. But I am still starstruck when it comes to her," she added.
