Karen Mok donates to pandemic project
30 Sep – Karen Mok has recently donated a hefty amount to help her peers in Hong Kong.
As reported on Mingpao, the singer who previously produced a limited edition CD and Cassette boxset of her new song, "Breathing is Hazardous", has donated the total proceeds of the sales of the said set to a special fund - the Hong Kong Film Workers Pandemic Support Project.
The total of the donation was revealed to be RMB 150,000.
Said Karen, she wanted to give her colleagues affected by the pandemic a little bit of support and hopes that everybody can face the difficulties together.
It is noted that "Breathing is Hazardous" has received more than three million views on YouTube since it came out in April, and has been covered by various artistes and fans alike.
