Kara Hui enjoyed filming "Stained"

29 May - Hong Kong actress Kara Hui admitted that she has been enjoying the experience of working with a big studio like FOX through the upcoming crime drama, "Stained".

As reported on Mingpao, the actress, who appeared at a banquet with the cast of the mini-series, shared that while the project only has five episodes, it took them the same amount of hard work needed to film a movie or a 30-episode drama.

"It takes a team of 38 to accommodate a scene for 18 hours. Once I had a nine-page scene that usually can be completed in more than an hour, but the director took seven hours to complete it. It's very detailed work," said Kara.

When asked if she would do it again if the mini-series is given a second season, Kara responded positively.

"The most important thing right now is to accept the challenge. Money is secondary," she said.

"Stained" co-starring Anthony Wong, Tse Kwan Ho, and Lily Ho, is scheduled to be broadcast globally later this year on SCM - Fox Networks' Asia-wide Chinese movie channel.
