Austin Butler Responds To Question About Girlfriend Kaia Gerber's Ex Jacob Elordi
As well as being a successful fashion model with an impressive runway portfolio, Kaia Gerber's romantic life is also a hot topic among fans.
Cindy Crawford's daughter, who once revealed she'd never had a high school sweetheart has been romantically linked to several men in Hollywood in recent years.
Most recently, the Celine campaign star has been romantically tied to actor Austin Butler, after the Daily Mail obtained pictures of the pair, who were, at the time, said to have taken a joint yoga session together.
The news came a month after her reported break-up from Euphoria star Jacob Elordi.
The 20-year-old, who's walked the runway for fashion heavyweights such as Chanel, Givenchy and Alexander McQueen in recent years, to name but a few, dated Elordi for just over a year.
It's believed the couple ended their romance on good terms, with Elordi recently telling Men's Health Magazine of the model: 'She handles herself wonderfully publicly.'

Gerber and 30-year-old Once Upon a Time... In Hollywood star Butler were pictured together in December 2021, leading to speculations the pair might be an item.
A source later told People that Gerber and Butler, who was previously linked to French-American actor Lily-R0se Depp, after a long-term relationship with High School Music star Vanessa Hudgens, were indeed a couple.
'Austin and Kaia are in fact dating. All of her friends think they are so adorable and it's a total step up from her last relationship and she knows it too She seems really happy. All of her friends think he's really cute,' the source said.
In the last year the pair attended the Met Gala 2022 together and walked the red carpet at the Venice Film Festival's screening of the actor's film Elvis.
Before going on to win the award for the Best Actor In A Drama for his performance in Baz Luhrmann's 2022 movie Elvis at the 2023 Golden Globes, Butler was asked if he had any advice for Jacob Elordi (Kaia's ex), who will soon play Elvis Presley in a Sofia Coppola film about the late singer.
'I just wish him all the best, ' he told Variety. 'We haven't spoken but I wish him all the best.'
Ahead of the ceremony, the star revealed who will be taking to the awards ceremony, at which he's nominated for the Best Actor, Drama award for his interpretation of Elvis in last year's Baz Luhrmann-directed film.
While walking the red carpet at the 34th Annual Palm Springs International Film Festival Awards Gala, Butler shed light on his Golden Globes plus one.
'I'm going to bring my sister,' Butler told Entertainment Tonight of his older sister, Ashley.

Just a month before rumours started flying about Gerber and Butler dating, it was reported that Gerber and Elordi, who are known to have started dating in September 2020, had ended their relationship.
Prior to confirming their relationship, the fashion model and 24-year-old The Kissing Booth star, who previously dated Zendaya, were photographed several times together, while out on dates.
Gerber confirmed their romance in October 2020 when sharing a photo of herself dressed as Priscilla Presley and her beau at the time dressed as Elvis.
Back in September 2021, Elordi and Gerber made their first red carpet appearance together at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures Opening Gala in Los Angeles, at which point Gerber donned a Celine dress, accented with Tiffany & Co. jewellery, and Elordi was dressed in a suit, also by the same French fashion house.
In the same year, Gerber shared photos from her 20th birthday celebrations in which Elordi was seen sweetly wrapping his arms around her.
The Instagram post's caption read: 'Film from my 20th.' The post has since been deleted, but when live previously prompted the likes of Paris Hilton to comment: 'So happy for you two!'
During an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live in August 2021, Elordi even hilariously revealed that Gerber cut off his mullet. 'You're cute but...' he recalled her saying.
Speaking to Vogue in May, Gerber said of Elordi: 'Being able to be with someone I trust, where we don’t want anything from each other, having a safe, steady relationship like that, has really opened my eyes to the possibilities of love and what it feels like to love without conditions.'
At the time, it was believed Gerber had been splitting her time between Elordi's home in Hollywood Hills and her parents' house in Malibu.
During the same interview, the model also said: 'He’s a great person for me to go to because he’s gone to drama school and has years of experience that I don’t have.'
At the time of Gerber and Elordi's break-up, a source told Entertainment Tonight: 'Their split is amicable.'
In an interview with Men's Health in December 2021, Elordi spoke sweetly of how Gerber deals with media attention.
After showing his admiration for how she handles herself in public, he went on to say: 'And I’ve learned so much from her about how to handle it, how to deal with it and just kind of be whatever about it, you know?'
Since then, Elordi is rumoured to be in his own new relationship, with social media influencer Olivia Jade Giannulli, daughter of actor Lori Loughlin.
Speculation about Elordi and Giannulli's romance surfaced after the pair were pictured grabbing coffee together, per the Daily Mail.

Gerber was first linked to Pete Davidson in October 2019, after they were spotted enjoying dinner together. The following month a source confirmed to US Weekly that they had started dating.
'Pete and Kaia are dating and they’ve been trying to keep their relationship somewhat low profile,' the source told the news outlet.
Gerber and the comedian were pictured looking loved up and holding hands on several occasions.
Speaking in a sit-down interview with Charlamagne Tha God, Davidson later opened up about Gerber, saying they had dated for a few months but had parted ways.
The comedian, who suffers from Crohn's disease and has borderline personality disorder, discussed his break-up with Gerber while addressing his personal struggles, saying: 'She’s very young, and I’m f**king going through a lot and it was before I went to rehab.'
'It’s just like, she should be having fun. She shouldn’t have to worry about some dude that just has issues and s**t. She should be enjoying her work.'
He added: 'It just wasn’t the right place or the right time at all.'
Davidson also addressed Gerber's mum, Crawford, and dad Randy Gerber, saying: 'Her parents were really helpful and stuff, so they’re cool.'
During his and the radio host's conversation, he went on to talk about how he is in relationships generally. 'I cry a lot. I get into deep conversations,' he said.
At the time, Davidson who had previously dated the likes of Ariana Grande and Kate Beckinsale, and is now romantically linked to Kim Kardashian, said: 'I’m not dating for a while. Unless I meet the love of my life.'
When previously speaking to comedian Colin Jost during a Saturday Night Live episode, Davidson, said: 'It’s not fair Colin. You get to date a famous woman and everyone’s delighted, but when I do it the world wants to punch me in the throat.'

Prior to Davidson, the model was rumoured to have been in a relationship with fellow fashion model Wellington Grant.
Speculation of their romance came after they were spotted holding hands while walking through New York City in February 2018.
US Weekly reported that they spent Valentine's Day together that month, but neither of the pair confirmed their relationship.
