3 Feb – Daniel Kang fans rejoice! Rumours are rife that the Korean singer may be making his acting debut this year through an upcoming Disney+ show.

Sources revealed that Kang has been offered a lead role in Disney+ Korean original series, "Our Police Course" (translated title), and his saying 'yes' would not only mark his acting debut but also his first time working with the giant streaming platform.

The singer's agency, "Konnect Entertainment" revealed that the singer has already been offered the part and is now positively considering it.

If Kang accepts the project, he will play the role of Wi Seung-hyun, son to the chief of the Dongbu Police Agency of Gyeonggi province who aims to follow in his father's footsteps. Things go awry when he meets a woman named Kang Go-eun.

Kang rose to fame in the music industry through the reality show, "Produce 101", where he became a part of the idol group Wanna One. He has since found success as a solo artiste.

"Our Police Course" is produced by Studio&NEW, known for shows like "Descendants of the Sun" and "Delayed Justice".
