Korean boyband JYJ’s Park Yoo-chun will be getting married to his non-celebrity girlfriend in September this year, reports said on Thursday (13 Apr).

According to the singer-actor’s agency, C-JeS Entertainment, Park will be marrying 27-year-old Hwang Hana.

He will be tying the knot a year after he was cleared of all four sexual assault charges that were filed against him.

Sports DongA reported that the couple met through mutual friends and have been dating for a year. They also plan to hold a private wedding ceremony in a hotel.

Park is a former member of popular boyband TVXQ (also known by their Korean abbreviation DBSK), but left in 2010 to form JYJ with two other band mates.

Korean media reports said Hwang is the granddaughter of the founder of Namyang Dairy, a South Korean conglomerate.

Netizens pointed to this particular Instagram user (@__chloe.1122__) as Park’s fiancée.

However, she has since updated with a post denying the entire relationship, leaving netizens wondering if this is a case of mistaken identity.
