Jungkook and Lee Yoo-Bi deny dating rumour
28 Dec – The two camps of BTS' Jungkook and actress Lee Yoo-Bi have recently dismissed rumours of romance between the two.
On 27 December, the "Pinocchio" actress' agency, Y-Bloom Entertainment released a statement denying that there is any relationship between the two, saying that the rumour makes no sense.
"They have never met and don't know each other. Among BTS members, Ms Lee Yoo-Bi only knew Suga, and even that was a long time ago. We don't even know if they are still in touch," said the agency's rep.
Big Hit Entertainment also echoed a similar response, adding that they have the right to take legal action against false information relating to the group members.
The whole romance rumour was first sparked by a K-pop news-related YouTuber, who claimed that the two are dating after Yoo-Bi, who is reportedly a fan of Jungkook, posted purple hearts on her Instagram account. The YouTuber also added that Jungkook's older brother and Yoo-Bi's younger sister also follow each other on social media.
