Julian Cheung cherishes real life after suicide scene
16 Oct - Hong Kong actor Julian Cheung recently admitted that he has a newfound appreciation of his life after acting out a suicide scene for his new movie, "Always Be With You".
As reported on Mingpao, the actor who appeared at the promotional event of the upcoming film, shared that while doing the scene, he thought about each and every member of his family and how important they are to him that by the time the shooting ended, he realised how much he cherished his real life.
"In reality, I am an optimistic person. I never thought about suicide. I'm too busy laughing and playing around every day, there's no time to think about all that," he said.
He also stated that he has learned a lot of new things playing a psychopath in the movie, especially from doing the more gory scenes.
"It's exciting. I feel like I can now challenge myself to do more," he said.
