JuJu Chan marries fellow actor Antony Szeto in California
15 Oct – Martial arts actress JuJu Chan has recently tied the knot with fellow actor Antony Szeto.
As reported on Mingpao, the couple held their wedding at the Wayfarers Chapel in California - also known as The Glass Church, attended by family and friends that include "Mulan" star Tzi Ma, and producers John Wirth and Ralph Winter.
Speaking to the media about the wedding, JuJu said that she has always loved glass churches since childhood, and thinks that they are very romantic.
"I have always wanted to marry in a glass church under the blue sky. I really want to thank my husband. He was the one who made my dream come true today," she said.
The "Wu Assassin" actress also stated that she was particularly moved to see her father stepping into the church, and to have her family and friends witness their union.
Aside from the western ceremony, JuJu and Antony also held a Chinese tea ceremony at the hotel soon after.
JuJu and Antony met in Hong Kong while working together on the same project and started dating several years later. He proposed to her in Vancouver earlier this year.
