Jolin Tsai, Vivian Dawson call it quits
26 Dec - Taiwanese pop diva Jolin Tsai and model-actor Vivian Dawson have recently called it quits on their relationship.
As reported on Sina, the couple who had been dating for six years since they met on the set of Jolin's music video, "Love Player", reportedly broke up back in November.
Jolin's rep stated that the breakup was mutual and that they ended the relationship after a long discussion. Jolin has been busy since then, attending baking classes in England and rehearsing for her upcoming New Year's Eve performances.
Friends also stated that the former couple are still good friends with each other, and would still meet up for a meal in their free time.
On the other hand, Dawson has also been busy with his own career, now that his star is on the rise in mainland China. The actor has also began hosting his own travel show.
The breakup has also sparked rumours that Jolin was unhappy with Dawson's previous interview, in which he stated that married couple should have joint properties. The actor later clarified that he was misunderstood due to his poor Mandarin.
