Joker Xue falls down elevated platform during concert
27 Sep – Chinese singer Joker Xue couldn't help but laugh at himself for accidentally falling off his elevated platform during a concert in Changsha on 21 September.
As reported on Epoch Times, the incident happened during a performance of "Animal House". The singer, who was standing on the edge of the platform, was seen overly-invested in his song and fell down while he was swinging his body with the music.
Sources stated that the crowd went silent for a while, many worrying that Joker was badly injured.
After a few seconds, the singer came out, slowly walked back to the stage and continued to perform, showing no signs of injury.
After completing the song, Joker sat on the edge of the stage and interacted with his fans, admitting, "I just had an embarrassing incident".
The singer explained that he was trying to express the feelings of being trapped in one's emotion during the song, but didn't notice the steps. He added that he didn't even know what happened when he fell, but that he just had to get up and continue singing.
