John Mayer to perform in Singapore on 1 April 2019 during tour of Asia and Australia

John Mayer will be holding a concert in Singapore on 1 April next year as part of his tour of the Asia-Pacific region, the American singer-songwriter announced on Wednesday (12 December).

Mayer said in a Twitter post, “World Tour 2019 begins in Australia and Asia. An entire evening together, playing two sets of music with more songs in rotation than ever before.”

The tour will begin in New Zealand and will also cover Thailand, Indonesia, China and Japan.

Ticketing details are currently available only for New Zealand and Australia. Details will be released for other markets in the coming weeks.

25 March – Brisbane, Australia
27 March – Melbourne, Australia
29 March – Sydney, Australia
1 April – Singapore
3 April – Bangkok, Thailand
5 April – Jakarta, Indonesia
8 April – Hong Kong, China
10 April – Tokyo, Japan
11 April – Tokyo, Japan

Mayer last toured in Asia in 2014 in his Born and Raised World Tour. He is known for songs such as New Light, Your Body is a Wonderland and Gravity.
