Jinny Ng: I called a TVB executive the wrong name for two years!
15 Apr – Jinny Ng recently admitted that she agreed to the idea that a woman becomes forgetful after giving birth, as she has been experiencing such since the birth of daughter Giselle.
As reported on Mingpao, the singer who was promoting her new single, "This Idiot" at a radio station, couldn't help but laugh and said that she herself is an "idiot", and shared an embarrassing story about the time she called TVB Deputy General Manager of Programme and Production Felix To by the name, Philip.
"Every time I call him Philip, he would respond to me. I never knew I was wrong about that and continued calling him by that name for two years. It was not until I was filming "Wonder Women" that I finally found out that I had been calling him by the wrong name, after Tony [Hung] corrected me," she said.
Jinny reasoned that her bad memory could have been affected by her hormones after giving birth to Giselle.
"Some people said that women could remain forgetful for three years after giving birth. I will reach the third year at the end of this month, so I am looking forward to being normal again," she jested.
