Jin is the first BTS member to finish military service

12 Jun - BTS' Army is rejoicing at finally welcoming home Jin, the eldest member and the first to have completed his military duty.

The singer, who appeared outside his army base in Yeoncheon, was welcomed by fellow BTS members J-hope, V, Jungkook, Jimin, and RM, the latter who even belted "Dynamite" on a saxophone.

Jin last posted on social media in December last year

It is noted that the rest of the members are still in active military service.

Jin's military service ended just in time for the group's 11th anniversary on 13 June, with the said member to lead the celebration with an in-person event with the fans.

The members are expected to reunite as a full group in 2025 after all seven members are discharged.
