Jiang Qinqin and Chen Jianbin welcome second son

5 Jul – Chinese actress Jiang Qinqin has recently given birth to her second child.

As reported on Epoch Times, the 42-year-old actress, who is married to "Legend of Zhen Huan" star Chen Jianbin, shared the good news via her studio who said that both mother and baby are doing well.

Chen also shared the good news on Weibo with a photo of the now-family of four, and added a line from the Walt Whitman poem, "Song of the Open Road".

"Henceforth I ask not good-fortune, I myself am good-fortune, henceforth I whimper no more, postpone no more, need nothing," wrote the actor.

It is noted that the couple already have a son together, who was born a year after they tied the knot in 2006. It took them ten more years to have another baby.
