According to Cathy Taub and Ellen Kapit of Sotheby’s International Realty, who are representing the listing, this unit is the "crown jewel of the legendary Osborne Apartments."
Built in 1885, the unit boasts a handful of intricate design details that harken back to the Gilded Age. Rich mahogany paneling? Plaster crown molding? Fourteen-foot-high ceilings?
