Jennylyn Mercado feels nervous with Gabby Concepcion
22 Apr – Jennylyn Mercado recently admitted that she was nervous the first time she met Gabby Concepcion on the set of their new drama, "Love You Two".
As reported on Inquirer, the actress, who spoke about their collaboration at a recent press conference, shared that she was tongue-tied and couldn't memorise her lines during the shoot of their first scene together.
"I was nervous because, hello, that's Gabby Concepcion... I was intimidated by him at first, but soon, I realised that he's kind, caring and a gentleman," she said.
When asked if she has any qualms doing a kissing scene with Concepcion, Mercado said that they have no scenes like that so far.
"But as a professional, I will do it [if required] because that's work," she said.
In "Love You Two", Mercado plays Raffy, an overprotective sister who finds the latter falling in love with an older man - Raffy's own boss, Jake (Concepcion).
The new drama co-stars Clint Bondad, Kiray Celis, and Shaira Diaz.
