Jennifer Lopez's Epic Bel-Air Home Just Sold for $34 Million
No longer the fresh princess of Bel Air, Jenny has officially left the block. That's right, after eight months on the market, Jennifer Lopez's prized Bel-Air abode has been sold for $34 million. This is the latest real-estate move for the Hustlers star, who has famously fallen in and out of escrow on multiple properties with husband, Ben Affleck. According to listing agent Brett Lawyer of Carolwood Estates, Lopez originally purchased this 14,000-square-foot estate from actress Sela Ward back in 2016, and lived there up until she and Affleck paid $61 million (in cash!) for their new Beverly Hills mega-mansion in June.
One look at the property and it's not too hard to see why the triple-threat was drawn to it. Originally built by famed architect Samuel Marx—and swathed in lush foliage—this palatial pad has an idyllic French countryside vibe that must have captivated the "Get Right" songstress. (After all, she is a major Fixer Upper fan.) The use of exposed wooden beams and stacked stone accents throughout feel delightfully rustic, while modern touches like a marble fireplace and sun-drenched windows ring oh-so luxurious.
