Jenine Desiderio gives full support for daughter's new movie

25 May – Despite the supposed ongoing issues between Janella Salvador and mum Jenine Desiderio, the latter still showed her full support for the actress and her new movie.

As reported on Inquirer, Desiderio shared a poster of Salvador's new movie, "So Connected" on Instagram, and wrote, ""So Connected" now showing starring my daughter, Janella Salvador, and Jameson Blake. Friends, kindly watch and show your support! Thank you!"

She also shared several photos of their family outing (sans Salvador) to see the movie.

On the other hand, the actress herself has expressed happiness over the positive reception the movie has been getting.

On 23 May, she posted on Twitter, "The good reviews for "So Connected" are making me so [excited]. I started this project unsure about how it will turn out with only love for my craft in my heart and hope that our viewers will appreciate Filipino movies more for content and talent."
