Jell-O Has a New Collab Like We’ve Never Seen Before

And we can't wait to try it.

Let’s all think back to the beginning of the month when the world’s most famous groundhog didn’t see his shadow. Punxsutawney Phil told us we’d get an early spring, and maybe he was actually right.

We’re not talking about the weather, though, but rather the spring menus that are already popping up at some of our favorite restaurants. Because while fast food joints like Dairy Queen are still focused on their St. Paddy’s Day menu, Cold Stone Creamery is already thinking about warmer days.

We get it: as soon as the sun comes out, there are only a few things we want to do—like grab our shorts from their dusty hiding spot and hit our favorite ice cream chain. So, what’s Cold Stone mixing up for us this spring? A collab with Jell-O like we’ve never seen before.

Cold Stone Creamery's Spring Flavors

Cold Stone Creamery launched two spring flavors this month, including the returning fan-favorite Blueberry Muffin Batter and the new creation with Jell-O, a Banana Cream Pudding flavor.

Both flavors are featured in their own springtime creation—including Going Bananas for Jell-O Pudding and Pie Like You Berry Much.

The Going Bananas for Jell-O Pudding flavor has everything you love about the Southern no-bake dessert. However, unlike some banana pudding ice creams you may have seen in the past, it’s made with real Jell-O pudding in the creamy Cold Stone ice cream. Then, mixed with bananas, whipped cream, and Nilla Wafers.

"Cold Stone Creamery is thrilled to partner with the iconic JELL-O brand to create a JELL-O Banana Cream Pudding Ice Cream. This new flavor combines smooth JELL-O pudding and creamy Cold Stone ice cream for a heavenly texture and banana-filled treat," said Jana Schneider, the vice president of national programs at Cold Stone Creamery’s parent company, Kahala Brands.

Jell-O Banana Cream Pudding is joined by another fruity favorite, Blueberry Muffin Batter.

Cold Stone originally launched this flavor in 2019 and it's back again along with its bakery-esque creation: Pie Like You Berry Much. This mixed creation features the Blueberry Muffin Batter ice cream, graham cracker pie crust, sugar crystals, and fresh blueberries.

Whether you want to try the pre-mixed creations or use the fruity flavors to mix up your own ice cream treat, you’ll be able to enjoy these spring offerings at Cold Stone Creamery locations through May 14. And, hey, hitting your local Cold Stone is much easier than making these desserts from scratch at home.
