Jazz Lam welcomes his first baby
31 Dec – Jazz Lam (Lam Tsz Sin) revealed that he and wife Kary Dong have recently welcomed their first baby.
As reported on Mingpao, the "Our Unwinding Ethos" actor shared the good news on 29 December with a photo of his newborn, writing, "A mother really is super invincible. The process from pregnancy to the birth of a baby is very vivid."
Speaking to the media at the hospital following the birth, Jazz said that the delivery went smoothly and quite fast.
"She was admitted at 10.30pm, entered the delivery room at 11, and [soon after] the baby was born. Even the nurses praised her," he said.
Jazz stated that his wife originally wanted to undergo C-section to avoid pain but was later recommended for a natural birth.
"The baby was very helpful to her. She came out quickly," he said with a smile.
For now, the actor said that he will be taking a break to accompany his wife and their daughter.
"I halted all of the other projects. My wife was anxious and told me to save money, but I think the most important thing right now is to take care of her," he added.
