Jay Chou excited to get a note from Andy Lau
13 Sep - In another instalment of "celebrities are just like us", Jay Chou recently couldn't help but express excitement over receiving a note from the Cantopop Heavenly King himself, Andy Lau.
On 12 September, the Taiwanese entertainer, who arrived in Shenzhen for his concert, revealed that he was surprised when he was greeted with a piece of paper with Andy's message when he checked into the hotel.
The handwritten note read, "Hi, Jie-lun. It's Andy! I have always wanted to tell you that we will work hard together, and hopefully our future work will go smoothly. I look forward to working together in the future, and be happy, healthy, and successful."
Jay commented, "I received the blessing from King Lau himself as soon as I entered the door. I also wish brother Andy Lau peace and health and a successful concert."
It is noted that Jay will be performing at the Shenzhen Universiade Sports Centre, the same venue where Andy held his concert a few days prior.
