Jacky Cai admits breakup with Gregory Wong
20 Jan - It has not been a good start for Gregory Wong in terms of his personal life, as it was revealed that he and his actress girlfriend, Jacky Cai have called it quits.
As reported on Mingpao, rumours of their breakup sparked earlier this week, when the actor posted a message online saying that things have changed in the past three months and that one cannot turn back time.
"I still need to live, still getting used to my new life," he added.
When asked to address the rumours recently, Jacky admitted that the two of them have ended their relationship.
The actress stated that due to their hectic schedule, both she and Gregory couldn't spend enough time together and communicate better.
"It was a difficult decision for me. But I didn't want to drag our relationship out," she added.
Jacky and Gregory started dating after the actor approached her to star in his directorial debut last year. Although the collaboration didn't come true, they ended up together as a couple.
Prior to his relationship with Jacky, Gregory was dating model-actress Christy Lai.
