Jackie Chan elated over "Panda Plan" reception in Malaysia

28 Oct - Jackie Chan couldn't help but express elation after finding out that his new movie, "Panda Plan" made RM 3.5 million at the box office in Malaysia in 15 days.

The action star, who was informed about the number recently, enthused, "I would like to thank the Malaysian audience and fans for their support for me and this movie. I am really happy and honoured to have received your love for so many years."

Asked if he would come to Malaysia to thank the audience for their support, Jackie shared that he has already started filming a new movie, but would definitely do so if he finds a suitable time.

"I would like to come to Malaysia again to meet all the audience. I believe that in the near future, I will meet you again!" he expressed.

Jackie also gave a positive answer as to whether he will make a movie in Malaysia, saying that he would love to have such an opportunity.

"If the script is suitable, I would also like to work with the Malaysian team. It is my honour," he added.
