Jack Neo and "I Want to Be Boss" cast to meet Malaysian fans in nationwide tour
13 Jan - Jack Neo and the team of the upcoming Chinese New Year movie, "I Want to Be Boss" will be touring Malaysia to promote the movie.
Jack will personally be leading the team of actors including Henry Thia, Patricia Mok, Terence Cao, and Dawn Yeo among others to meet with audiences and the media. Aside from the names mentioned, other actors will also be joining the team at some of the stops.
The week-long meet and greet sessions kick off at KL's Concourse Pavilion on 23 January, followed by three other locations including the Gurney Plaza in Penang the next day.
The team will then make two appearances on 25 January at AEON Mall Seremban 2 and AEON Mall Bandaraya Melaka, concluding with three stops in Johor including AEON Mall Tebrau City.
The upcoming movie, which will revolve around the use of AI, tells the story of Dongnan, a 58-year-old restaurant employee who fulfils his dreams of becoming his own boss by opening a restaurant and subsequently purchases an AI robot to help him manage his household chores and mediate family conflicts.
The film is set to be released in Malaysia on 29 January.
