28 Jul – Iya Villania recently stated that she will not be too hard on herself in trying to slim down after giving birth to her third child.
On 27 July, the TV personality, who gave birth to her first daughter and third child Alana in the middle of this month, took to social media to share several photos of her body right after delivery and a week after the birth of her child, revealing that her diet consists only of a good mix of nutritious food and her workout being "round the clock breastfeeding".
She wrote, "Crazy what a mother's body goes [through]! Being so much kinder and patient with my body this time. My body isn't where I want it to be but I'm okay with that. It will take time and I'm in no rush. Work starts this week but waiting it out another week before I really get moving and ease back into my regular grind."
Villania stated that she is constantly reminding herself that recovery is just as important and that she should be enjoying every minute of it instead of rushing to shed all the weight off.
"I will fill you guys in with my journey including all the things that I feel have been helping me recover this time around," she added.
