Intan Najuwa: I do not need my husband's money to buy things!
6 Aug - Datin Intan Najuwa is not amused that people are still thinking that she has been doing nothing but spending her husband's money, after previously revealing her plans of buying baby-related stuff overseas as she awaits the arrival of her first child.
Expressing her frustration on Instagram Story, Intan stated that she has her own money and income from years of working as an actress, and that she doesn't need to spend her husband's money to buy things she wants.
"Please understand that I am capable of standing on my own two feet even though I am married. Please refrain from assuming that I am constantly using my husband's money for everything and avoid involving him in any of my expenses, shopping or travel," she wrote.
Intan also said that she didn't care about titles or anything of such, and that she had her own life before marrying her husband.
"I'm just tired of people talking and assuming things. Please remember this and stop bringing my husband into discussion about money and expenses," she added.
Intan tied the knot with husband Datuk Ahmad Azraf Azman in August last year. She announced her pregnancy in July this year.
