Intan Ladyana and Harris Alif are now married
6 Feb –After much back and forth about their wedding plans due to the pandemic, actress-producer Intan Ladyana is now finally married to actor Harris Alif.
The news was confirmed by a representative of Sony Music, saying that the two had their nikah ceremony at the Department of Federal Territory Islamic Affairs at 10am on 5 February, witnessed by only close family members.
"Everything was conducted under the determined protocol, so the event was not against the guidelines set up by the government," the rep added.
In a subsequent interview, Harris stated that he is not against his wife continuing her career as an actress, saying that they both know how to take care of themselves.
Intan and Harris, who surprised many earlier this year by announcing that they are together, originally planned to tie the knot on 6 February, but decided to expedite the process following news that the Movement Control Order has been extended until 18 February.
The former "Ceria Pop Star" alumnus is 17 years younger than the 38 year-old actress, known for her movies such as "Adnan Sempit" and "Jangan Pandang Belakang".
