Im Soo-Hyang and Sung Hoon to reunite in new series

16 Jul – It looks like "New Tales of Gisaeng" stars Im Soo-Hyang and Sung Hoon may finally reunite in the new series, "Jane the Virgin".

As reported on JTBC, the Korean actor is said to be in talks to star in the new series, which is the remake of the hit US series of the same name, which in turn is a remake of a Venezuelan series, "Juana la Virgen".

Sung Hoon could be playing the lead, Kim Bok-Rae, an owner of a cosmetic surgery clinic who decides to start fresh after battling cancer.

Meanwhile, it was earlier reported that Im may be playing the role of drama assistant Bae Ji-Eun, who is determined to remain a virgin until marriage, that is until an unexpected pregnancy changes everything.

Im's last series was the MBC drama, "When I Was the Prettiest", while Sung was last seen in TV Chosun's "Love (ft. Marriage and Divorce) 2".
