Huang Yiming paid RMB 3 million annually by Wang Sicong?
15 Aug - Former Chinese idol Huang Yiming's sudden reduction of live streaming has had everybody guessing that Wang Sicong has something to do with it.
As reported on China Press, the 24-year-old, who admitted a few months ago that the father of the daughter she had out of wedlock is the said billionaire, recently reduced her time of selling coloured contact lenses via live streams and told followers that she has been busy moving to a new place.
It is noted that Huang once stated that she had never taken a penny from Wang nor did she desire to become a rich man's wife, adding, "The money I used to raise my baby is earned by selling coloured contact lenses myself."
Now that she has decreased her presence online, many speculated that Wang must have something to do with it.
On 11 August, a Weibo user claimed that the billionaire has privately acknowledged his child and has given Huang RMB 3 million in annual child support as well as a new home. It alleged that Wang has asked Huang to reduce her online presence and to not mention him during her live streams.
Netizens also noticed that Huang has changed the description in her social media account's profile to read, "live streams at random", fuelling the rumours that she is abiding by the agreement made by Wang.
While both Huang and Wang made no response to the rumours, many netizens took to the comments to the former idol's account and calling her a hypocrite for pretending not to care about money.
