Hu Ge and Ma Yili nominated for Seoul International Drama Awards
31 Jul - It was revealed that Hu Ge and Ma Yili have been nominated in the Best Actor and Actress awards for the upcoming Seoul International Drama Awards 2024.
As reported on Sohu, the two actors are nominated for their performances in the Wong Kar Wai drama, "Blossoms Shanghai", which was aired late last year much to positive reaction.
Hu Ge will be competing with five other nominees that include South Korean actor Song Kang-ho ("Uncle Samsik"), as well as Felix Cameron of "Boy Swallows Universe" fame.
Meanwhile, other nominees in Ma Yili's category included Dian Sastrowardoyo ("Gadis Keretek") and Park So-yi ("O'PENing: 2:15").
The said drama is also being nominated in the Best Series category and Best Screenwriter for Qin Wen.
Winners will be announced on 25 September at the awards ceremony.
