HUA HUA 牛骨煲 - Storefront & Interior

Featuring a variety of ingredient bases from Beef Offal (S$39.80), Pork Trotters (S$39.80) and even Spicy Dungeness Crab (S$98.00), you also get to choose between Spicy or Non-spicy (for all you xiao la fans) broths.

While they’re still pretty new, netizens have raved about their Signature Beef Bone Broth (S$59.80), which stands out as a customer favourite. Hotpot lovers will definitely be able to find a comfort favourite or even a new experience to try here.

HUA HUA 牛骨煲 - Hotpot

Other than their signature broth, their Beef Brisket Hotpot (S$39.80) is another crowd favourite, paired with a range of side ingredients such as Black Fungus (S$3.90), Winter Melon (S$3.90), Beef Tripe (S$9.90) and their Handmade Beef Balls (S$9.90) which have been described as ‘the size of ping pong balls’ as one netizen wrote in his review.

Their broth follows a traditional Teochew style, incorporating cardamom, red dates, wolfberries, ginger slices, and red onions. The broth is then slow-cooked for up to 10 hours without the use of artificial seasonings like MSG – resulting in a rich, beefy flavour.

More than just hotpot, they also have side dishes for you to enjoy with your meal such as their Cucumber Salad (S$4.90) or even their Cold Shredded Potatoes (S$4.90). If cold foods aren’t your style, then look towards their piping hot mains such as Prawn Fried Rice (S$8) and Wontons (S$9.90).

HUA HUA 牛骨煲 - Condiments

They also have a condiments table on the side with the basics provided, allowing you to personalise your hotpot experience. They serve up alcohol as well if you’re looking to partake in some drinks with your dinner or after a long day.

So if you’re looking for a new hotpot place to try out, do check out the latest kid on the block, HUA HUA 牛骨煲.
