Luxury maison Hermès is bringing us HermèsFit, an event that invites friends and followers of the house to break a sweat in a bespoke Hermès Gym — with a twist. Kicking off in Singapore at 16 Orchard Road, from 14th to 23rd April, HermèsFit offers an active way to experience Hermès accessories — an elegant, joyful expression of fun and fitness.

Ever thought of using silk scarf as yoga straps? Or what about leather bags as weights? Fans visiting the Hermès Gym will be greeted with the house’s signature orange, with graphic motifs adorning the walls. When entering the playful space for scheduled workout classes, get ready to be wowed by a weights wall — complete with custom Hermès barbells and kettlebells, a silk-inspired callisthenics course, a boxing ring that doubles as a photo booth, a juice bar and more.

Classes you can register for

After leaving your belongings in the locker rooms, pick up a carré and head into Carré Yoga, where you will find your balance in a series of scarf-inspired poses. In Belt Stretching, pick the perfect belt to help you breathe, stretch and relax. Grab your bangles and tone your arms and core in style with Ballet Arms with Bracelets. Get your heart pumping in Shoes HIIT, where your weights are Hermès shoes — the perfect prop for a workout designed to keep you on your toes. In Hat Balance, it’s all about keeping your hat on, while in the Small Leather Goods Workout, keeping hold of Kelly wallets or other small leather goods to help you work out with grace, strength and flexibility.

How does it work?

Register online for your preferred time slot to discover the space with friends or family. Want to break a sweat? Book a class online to enter the gym and meet your trainers, who will be brightly dressed in the signature orange.

This isn’t only a place to get your heart rate up. In the evening, the central boxing ring — complete with punching bags decadently decorated with carré prints — is transformed into a stage for live performances and more. The vibrant, round Ping-Pong table with silk motifs on the Ping-Pong racket challenges you and your friends to a fun match.

Open to the public starting 14th April, the event is a continuation of a global series with stopovers all over the world, from Tokyo to New York and, most recently, Sydney, sharing its generous spirit worldwide.
