Helen Hunt Brilliantly Mistaken For Jodie Foster In Starbucks
Clearly Helen Hunt’s local Starbucks is so packed with celebrities, sometimes it’s tough to remember which one is which.
Such was her experience yesterday, when, despite the barista discretely suggesting that offering up a name for her order would not be necessary, staff managed to get her mixed up with another Hollywood icon altogether.

Gamely posting the mix-up on her Instagram page, she wrote: “Ordered my drink @Starbucks. Asked the barista if she wanted my name. She winked and said. ‘We gotcha.”

Emblazoned with the name 'Jody’, the beverage was clearly meant for 'Jody’ Foster – spelled Jodie, by the way, Starbucks folks, for future reference.
Oscar-winning Hunt, 52, has long remarked on how she’s been mixed up with Oscar-winning Foster, 53, for decades.
During an appearance on 'The Late Show with David Letterman’ way back in 1994, she said: “My life has changed a little bit.
“I’m recognised now for being who I am, rather than: 'I went to college with you’ or 'Did you used to date my cousin?’ or 'Are you Jodie Foster?’ – which I got for a long time.
She also recounted an encounter while at the supermarket.
“The guy is checking me out, and says, 'You’re Jodie Foster.’ And I said, 'I’m actually not, thank you.’ 'No you are, I know you’re Jodie Foster.’ 'I’m begging you, I’m not, I’m really not’.”
